Archuleta County Building Department

Delta County Planning and Community Development
Delta County, Colorado has adopted a Land Use Code but has not adopted building codes in the unincorporated areas of the county. Generally, no building permits are required and no certificates of occupancy are issued for construction in unincorporated Delta County, with the exception of the Highway 92 and Highway 50 Overlay Districts, where development requires a building permit.
