We will be pleased to advise if any permits are required and to assist in completing any required applications." Where a roof permit is required, Township Code Section 13-1.5 reads: "The fee for roofing or siding shall be $68 for R-3 and R-5 use groups. The fee for siding for all other use groups shall be determined as outlined in paragraph b3(a)(2). The fee for roofing for all other use groups shall be $500." Inspection requests must be in writing, through the Township's SDL Portal or by e-mail to the address on the Department page: "Inspections can no longer be accepted verbally. You will need the permit number or address to schedule an inspection." Building inspections run Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7:30 am to 11:00 am.
