Est. 1997A family-owned Newburgh, New York manufacturer of roof vents, off-ridge vents, roof exhaust fans, solar attic fans, soffit vents, roof curbs and related ventilation accessories, which states it has been manufacturing roof vents since 1997 and is owned and operated by brothers Martin and Ethan Kolt. Its lines include the Aura gravity ventilator and Aura solar attic fan, the Keepa flat-roof vent, the Pop Vent roof louver, the Round Back static vent and the Universal off-ridge vent, in diameters from 3 to 48 inches. It says many of its products are UL Listed and approved by the State of Florida and the Texas Department of Insurance.
