The Gendzl is Active Ventilation Products' low-profile aluminum gooseneck roof exhaust vent with an integrated SM-Rib flange, made for exposed-fastener metal roof panels such as SM-Rib, Tuff Rib and Master Rib, and used to carry ducted exhaust from bathroom fans, range hoods and dryers through the roof. It has a curved hinged backdraft damper, a removable bird screen (to be removed for dryer vents) and an included tailpipe adapter for the duct connection. Models are listed in 3 in. (GZL-3-SM-rib) and 4 in. (GZL-4-SM-rib) diameters, in unpainted aluminum or powder-coated colors, and AVP describes it as made in the USA.
