Products / Aura Attic Fan

The Aura Attic Fan is Active Ventilation Products' electric (wired), non- solar, all-aluminum roof-mounted attic fan, which runs on a shaded-pole motor and continues to exhaust passively through the Venturi effect via its vertical louvers when not powered. The collection page lists CFM by diameter from 120 CFM (6 in.) to 8,000 CFM (30 in.), in collar heights of 4, 6, 8 and 12 in. The 12 in. model page (AF-12-C6) prints 800 CFM, a 17 x 17 in. square flange, a 1/10 HP shaded-pole open-ventilation motor, and installation on a 0/12 to 5/12 pitch roof in climate zones 1-6, with optional shut-off switch, temperature sensor, or thermostat/humidistat accessories. No electrical/voltage spec or UL/wind-rating standard is printed next to a named test standard. AVP's warranty document, shared with the Aura Attic Fan (flat and curb-mount flange) and Aura Electric PVC Pipe Cap Fan, states 1 year from purchase.
