A manufacturer of commercial roofing, waterproofing, and building enclosure materials, including SBS-modified bitumen membranes (Paradiene, Parafor, Veral, Teranap), PMMA liquid-applied flashing and roof membranes (Parapro), PVC and TPO single-ply membranes (Parasolo), lightweight insulating concrete, and air barriers. Siplast says it developed the first foil-faced asphaltic membrane (Veral) in 1958 and, with Royal Dutch Shell, unveiled Paradiene, the first SBS roofing membrane, in 1965. It incorporated in the United States in 1979, opened a manufacturing facility in Arkadelphia, Arkansas in 1981, where it also runs its RISE storm testing center, and says it joined forces with Standard Industries in 2016. The site says it manufactures more than 100 products.
