Teranap 1M is Siplast's torch-applied SBS-modified bitumen waterproofing ply for homogeneous multi-layer plaza deck waterproofing membrane systems, and the membrane of Siplast's Teranap vegetated green roof systems, which can carry pedestals and pavers or intensive and extensive landscape assemblies. It has a nonwoven polyester mat impregnated and coated with SBS-modified bitumen; Teranap 1M GS is surfaced with ceramic granules, and Teranap 1M Sand has top and bottom surfaces covered with a silica parting agent. Siplast's history page says it introduced Teranap in 1972 as an SBS geomembrane.
