Parafor is Siplast's line of granule-surfaced SBS-modified bitumen finish plies, each a fiberglass scrim/polyester mat composite impregnated and coated with SBS-modified bitumen. Parafor 30 TG is the finish ply of the Paradiene 20/Parafor 30 TG system for multi-layer roofs, while Parafor 50 TG serves as a finish ply in both single-layer and multi-layer systems; both are also used as base flashing where granule-surfaced flashing sheets are required. The torch-applied versions have an embossed, grooved back surface for fast burn-off of the film, and Siplast also lists cold adhesive, SFT adhesive, hot asphalt and (for Parafor 30) self-adhesive versions. Standard plies carry ceramic granules; the BW versions carry reflective white mineral granules, and the plies are available with Siplast RoofTag RFID. Siplast's Parafor 30 page says its Bright White granules reach an initial SRI of 82, while its Parafor 50 page gives 92 for the same Bright White granules.
