Its own site states its underlayments "meet or exceed ASTM D4869, ASTM D226, ICC-ES AC188, FBC (HVHZ) TAS 103, Miami-Dade 2014 FBC, [and] Texas Department of Insurance" requirements and carry a 50-year limited warranty, with SlipGuard slip-resistant top and bottom surfaces on its mechanically-attached lines.
