It sells under the brand names JL Industries, Air Louvers, Maxam Metal Products, Dur-Red Products and Cato, and states its group of companies has carried the Activar Construction Products Group name since 2001. Its roof accessories line, much of it from Dur-Red Products (which joined the group in 2021), covers roof hatches, equipment hatches, domed hatches and automatic smoke vents, alongside hatch safety railings, ladder posts and rooftop pipe and equipment supports; it also makes fire extinguisher cabinets, access panels, floor doors and door products.
