A roof hatch with a low-profile frame and integrated counterflash that mounts on an existing roof curb, offered as a replacement for a damaged hatch without re-roofing by removing the old cover and reusing the curb. It is made in 14 gauge galvanneal steel with a white textured powder coat or 11 gauge aluminum in mill finish, with 1 in. polyisocyanurate (R-6), a cover that supports a 40 psf live load, a torsion-spring lift and a slam latch that holds against 20 psf wind uplift.
