Town of Silver Cliff Building & Zoning Department
The building permit authority for the Town of Silver Cliff, Custer County. The Town has adopted its own 2006 International Building Code and 2006 International Residential Code (with local amendments) and operates its own Building & Zoning Official — a Town-level adopted building code and permit system that is independent of Custer County, which has NOT adopted a building code and permits unincorporated-county structures through zoning permits only.
