The Town's Residential Building Permit Packet, under "Structural cut of building" plan requirements, states: "1) Size and spacing of studs -- design criteria is 110 mph exposure C 2) Size, spacing and snow load of trusses or rafters -- 40 psf ground snow load." This is the Town's own printed design-criteria figures for wind and snow, given as required plan-submittal content rather than a formatted Table R301.2(1).
