Mid-roof inspection of ice and snow shield required 4 feet up from exterior walls. 3. Final inspection prior to issuance of Certificate of Occupancy." The Town of Silver Plume completes International Residential Code Table R301.2(1) at Section 5(G) of Ordinance No. 345, and the completed table sets a ground snow load of 100 pounds per square foot, severe weathering, a frost line depth of 40 inches, a slight to moderate termite hazard, an air freezing index of 2,500 and flood hazards per Town Ordinance No. 340. At roughly 9,100 feet the 100 pound ground snow load is among the highest in the corpus and is a structural figure, separate from the wind speed.
