Construction plans (Land Use Code Section 4.2.B)" and "Documentation of compliance with other permit and approval requirements of these Regulations (Land Use Code Section 4.2.C)." The form states: "The Town or its agents are authorized to order the immediate cessation of construction at any time a violation of the Building Permit approval or Town codes or regulations appears to have occurred, and such violation may result in the revocation of the Building Permit pursuant to Division 12 of the Town of Silver Plume Land Use Code." A roof-replacement permit is void if construction is not commenced within 180 days of issuance, or if work ceases for 180 continuous days, and requires sign-off from both the Building Inspector and the Planning and Zoning Board.
