The Town's own Municode-codified sales tax chapters (Sec. 3.04.060, one percent from Ord. 329, 1982; Sec. 3.06.030, an additional one and one-half percent from Ord. 376, 1990) sum to an older 2.5% local rate that the codified text has never updated, so the state publication is used as the current figure.
