The RTA's DR 1002 boundary is "Gunnison County except the towns of Marble, Ohio City, Pitkin, and Somerset", so it reaches Crested Butte; it was previously folded into this total without being named. The Town levies a 4.50% use tax on construction materials, deposited at building-permit issuance.
