Acurlite Structural Skylights, Inc. is a manufacturer of commercial skylights and sloped glazing headquartered in Berwick, Pennsylvania, founded by Ron Palombo, a former principal at Skytech Systems, Inc., with his wife Donna. It designs, engineers and fabricates extruded aluminum metal-framed structural skylights in single pitch, double pitch, lean-to, pyramid, polygon, round, sawtooth and vault geometries, with hurricane impact rated and blast rated options, and the factory-assembled, pre-glazed EZ-Lite unit skylight. In January 2026 the company announced its 25th year in business.
