A commercial unit skylight that ships from the factory fully assembled and pre-glazed, for installation on a pre-engineered curb by others, in flat, double pitch (hipped end) and pyramid configurations. Framing members and retaining bars are .100 in. extruded aluminum with a thermally broken sill, glazing runs from 5/16 in. laminated to 1-5/16 in. insulating glass, and the standard finish is bronze Duracron or clear anodized; the guide specification lists standard sizes to an 8 ft outside curb dimension at a 7:12 pitch for pyramid and hipped-end units, with custom sizes available. The guide specification sets air infiltration of no more than 0.08 cfm/sq ft under ASTM E283, no uncontrolled water leakage under ASTM E331 at 15 psf and structural testing under ASTM E330, and the maker lists a unit skylight test to AAMA/WDMA 1600/I.S.7. The maker states a five-year limited warranty.
