Whatever local practice may be, it says, the code "governs all Class 2 residential construction, and its requirements, by law, must be followed." WHAT THE CITY HAS PUBLISHED. Logansport's building regulations are codified in Chapter 14 of its Code of Ordinances of 1974 as amended, which the City describes as regulating buildings and structures.
