The XF 300 Sedum Mat is XeroFlor's pre-vegetated vegetation layer: a flexible, compressible mat with a non-woven, root-penetrating backing of non-biodegradable fibers, planted with a mix of sedum species that varies by location and availability. The technical data sheet prints a mat size of 6.56 ft x 3.28 ft (21.5 sq ft), a thickness of 0.67 in, and a weight of 2.8 lb per square foot dry and 3.5 to 4.1 lb per square foot in the field, shipped in rolls of 75 to 88 lb. The sheet describes it as a Class A fire rated product for roofing without naming a test standard. XeroFlor also sells XF 309 sedum cuttings and XF 310 sedum plugs for custom plantings.
