A water-based, clear vinyl acrylic coating that the technical bulletin says forms a binder on gravel roofs to secure loose gravel, preventing bare spots, membrane burnouts and gravel in gutters; it may also be used as a sealer and water repellent on masonry and plaster. It is 45-55% solids by weight, goes on milky white and dries clear, and is applied by brush or spray in one light coat at 1-1/2 to 2 gallons per 100 sq. ft. at a minimum of 65 F. It is sold in 5-gallon pails.
