A solvent-based, white, fiber-reinforced elastomeric flashing and repair cement for asphalt BUR, modified bitumen, metal and single-ply roofs (EPDM, PVC, TPO and Hypalon), with additives that let it be applied to dry, wet or underwater surfaces. It can be reinforced with polyester fabric in a three-course method. The technical bulletin lists 50% volume solids, 300% elongation, VOC under 300 g/l and a trowel application at 1/8 inch, about one gallon per 12 sq. ft., and asks for at least 48 hours of drying before a water-based top coat. Sold in 3 gallon pails.
