A water-based aluminum asphaltic emulsion roof coating with polished aluminum flake pigment, recommended over metal roofs, smooth BUR, mineral surfaces primed with #298, emulsion and Glas-Shield roof systems. The maker says it reflects up to 76% of the sun's rays when properly applied and dries to a flexible, slightly textured metallic film. The technical bulletin lists an ASTM D1227 Type III asphalt emulsion base, 166% elongation and 31 psi tensile strength under ASTM D412, and a dry-film flammability of Class A without naming the test. A #530 roller and brush grade is offered as a variation.
