PRS Vented Base is a heavyweight fiberglass venting base sheet made from a fiberglass mat coated with asphalt, intended for use over lightweight insulating fill decks, gypsum or other substrates where lateral venting is required. The data sheet lists a roll 32.9 ft long and 39.4 in wide weighing 87 lb for 95.7 square feet of net coverage, and states it meets ASTM D4897 Type II. It can be applied with hot asphalt, PERMASTIC Cold Adhesive or mechanical fasteners, and the product page states it carries an Underwriters Laboratories G2 classification.
