Permastic is an asphaltic cold-applied adhesive for modified bitumen membranes, base sheets and other cold process roofing systems, with 78 to 83% non-volatile content. It is applied with a notched squeegee or spray apparatus at 2.0 gallons per 100 square feet. The data sheet states it meets ASTM D3019, Type III, Grade 2, and lists 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums and 350 gallon reusable tanks.
