Derbicolor P is a 4.1 mm (161 mil) granule-surfaced APP modified bitumen roofing membrane that may be used as both a roofing and a flashing membrane, applied with PERMASTIC Cold Adhesive or heat welded. The product page describes its reinforcement as a polyester mat fortified with fiberglass runners, while the product data sheet describes a heat resistant 180 gram polyester mat.
