ITW Buildex Heavy Duty self-drilling screws are engineered for demanding metal-to-metal and structural attachment, including securing metal roof panels and framing, drilling and tapping in a single pass to attachments up to 8.15 inches of material. They are offered with a Climaseal or Climaseal ACR finish, #4 through #5.0 drill points, #12 and 1/4-inch diameters, and lengths from 7/8 inch to 8 inches. The product catalog reports 1,000-hour salt-spray corrosion results per ASTM B117 for the Climaseal finish.
