Dektite is the flexible one-piece pipe flashing ITW Buildex sells for sealing plumbing, HVAC, electrical and exhaust penetrations through metal, tile and other roofs: a pleated grey EPDM cone on a flexible, corrosion-resistant aluminum base that conforms to panel profiles, trimmed to the pipe size marked on the cone. The 2026 product catalog calls it "the original flexible pipe flashing system with a 20 year warranty", covers pipes of 1/4 to 13 inches in sizes from #1 (4 3/4 inch base) to #8 (16 1/2 inch base), gives an EPDM service range of -65 to +250 degrees F and ASTM D412 tensile strength of 1,537 psi, says it may sit over or between the ribs of standard panels but not over standing-seam or architectural panel seams, and specifies fastening with Buildex Scots self-drilling screws.
