Heavy-bodied, rubberized, fiber-reinforced, fire-rated restoration treatment for gravel-surfaced modified bitumen membranes and asphalt built-up roofs. The data sheet states that its fire retardant allows a Class A approval for use over existing or new modified bitumen or BUR roofs. It lists coverage of 4 to 5 gal. per 100 sq. ft. as a new flood coat and 6 to 8 gal. for restoration, VOC under 300 g/L, and 5 gal. pails or 55 gal. drums.
