Garland's mineral-surfaced, SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) dual fiberglass and polyester reinforced, self-adhering, fire-retardant modified bitumen cap sheet. It is factory-formulated with a self-contained adhesive that eliminates the need for a torch, cold adhesive or hot asphalt: the installer positions the membrane, removes the release backing and presses it into place over self-adhering base sheet underlayments. Finished membrane meets or exceeds ASTM D6162 Type III.
