SBS rubber-modified roof membrane with a fiberglass and polyester reinforcement in a high penetration index asphalt compound containing post-consumer recycled tire rubber, used as the top ply of a modified built-up roof or two-ply flashing. Offered as smooth StressPly Plus (105 mil nominal, 100 sq. ft. rolls) and StressPly Plus FR Mineral (155 mil nominal, 75 sq. ft. rolls). Garland states the FR Mineral sheet has a Class A fire rating over a combustible deck, and lists an SRI of 89 for the FR Mineral sheet with the Sunburst mineral upgrade option. The finished membrane meets or exceeds ASTM D 6162 Type III, and the data sheet states it meets CSA 123.23.
