Garland's high-tensile modified bitumen cap sheet, reinforced with a dual polyester and fiberglass scrim in a graphene-enriched, fire-retardant bitumen compound finished with reflective Sunburst granules. Garland states it carries a Class A fire rating over a combustible roof deck and can be hot- or cold-applied as the cap ply over conventional or modified base sheets. Finished membrane meets or exceeds ASTM D6162 Type III.
