Water-based elastomeric roof coating combining nano-technology and urethane chemistry, used as a heat shield over asphaltic modified bitumen surfaces. The data sheet lists white or gray color, two coats at up to 1.0 gal. per 100 sq. ft. each, 150 percent minimum elongation, VOC under 50 g/l, and 5 gallon pails or 55 gallon drums, and prints reflectance, emittance and SRI values for smooth and rough surfaces.
