Heavy-bodied, fiber-reinforced asphalt roof maintenance coating for restoring smooth built-up and mineral modified bitumen roofs, which can be reinforced with Grip Polyester Firm. It is cold applied by spray, brush or squeegee. The data sheet lists 62 percent asphalt content by weight, VOC under 250 g/L, coverage tables by existing and final surface, and 5 gal. pails or 55 gal. drums.
