Asphalt-based roof coating modified with polymers and corrosion inhibitors that forms a waterproofing and rustproofing system for through-fastened metal roofs, used with Grip Polyester Soft reinforcement and applied by spray or brush. The data sheet lists 58 percent asphalt content by weight, coverage of 5 gal. per 100 sq. ft., VOC under 300 g/L, and 5 gal. pails or 55 gal. drums.
