Structural standing seam metal roof system with a 2-1/16 in. vertical seam, an extruded aluminum one-piece clip and an optional continuous top rail for wind uplift, with the factory-applied hot melt seam sealant isolated from the clip. Panel widths are 12.75, 16.75 and 18.75 in., in 24 and 22 gauge G-90 galvanized steel, 0.040 in. aluminum, .7, .8 and 1.0 mm zinc, and 24 and 22 gauge stainless steel; field roll forming and curved panels are offered. Spans open purlins at slopes down to 1/4:12. The data sheet lists up to FM Class I-210 under the 4471 test procedure and roof system compliance with ASTM E 1592; Garland lists 30 and 40 year warranties as available.
