Architectural/structural standing seam metal roof panel with a 1 3/4 in. vertical seam, factory-applied hot melt seam sealant and an 18 gauge one-piece concealed clip, for re-roofs, mansards and new construction. Available in 22 and 24 gauge G-90 galvanized steel and .040 aluminum, in 12, 16 and 18 in. panel widths, with factory roll-formed lengths up to 50 ft. Installs over open purlins at slopes down to 3:12 and over solid substrate down to 1 1/2:12. The data sheet lists a UL 90 classification per UL 580, a Class A fire rating per UL 790, and roof system compliance with ASTM E 1592; Garland lists 20 and 30 year warranties as available.
