Water-based acrylic-urethane roof coating with biocides, used to protect asphaltic modified bitumen surfaces from UV degradation and lower roof surface temperature. Offered in white and gray in 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums, applied in two coats of up to 1.0 gal. per 100 sq. ft. each. The data sheet lists under 50 g/L VOC and an initial SRI of 104 for the white (95 after three years). Garland states it passes a Class A fire rating at slopes up to 1 1/2:12 over a suitable substrate.
