Water-based, non-corrosive intumescent primer for the wood components of Garland roof assemblies, which swells to form a char barrier when exposed to high temperature and flame. The data sheet states it also serves as a non-prescriptive thermal barrier and provides Class III vapor retardancy, and lists a white color, coverage of 0.5 gal. per 100 sq. ft. at 8 wet mils, VOC of 18 g/L by EPA Method 24, and 5 gallon pails.
