Two-component, 100 percent solids aliphatic polyurea fluid-applied membrane for restoring aged modified bitumen and single-ply roofs and for maintenance repairs, applied by brush, roller or squeegee. LiquiTec is the white topcoat and LiquiTec Base the gray base coat, packaged as a 4 gal. Part A pail with a 0.5 gal. Part B jug. The data sheet lists 0 g/l VOC, an initial SRI of 109 for the white (84 after three years), and a reinforced-system dry film thickness of 80 to 96 mils.
