Fleece-backed Ketone Ethylene Ester (KEE) thermoplastic membrane with a polymer-coated polyester scrim and a 6.5 oz. per sq. yd. polyester fleece backing, used as the white cap sheet over Garland-approved modified bitumen base sheets in a multi-ply hybrid roof. The data sheet lists 60 mil thickness, an initial SRI of 112 (94 after three years), and conformance to ASTM D 6754. Garland states a Class A fire rating at slopes up to 2:12 over combustible decks and 3:12 over non-combustible decks. Adhered in hot asphalt or Garlastic KM Plus, or cold in KEE-Lock Spatter Spray or KEE-Lock Foam, with heat-welded laps.
