KEE-Stone FB 60 is Garland's thermoplastic cap sheet modified with Ketone Ethylene Ester (KEE), designed as the top component of a two-ply hybrid system over Garland-approved modified bitumen base sheets. It is reinforced with a polymer-coated polyester scrim and carries a heat-bonded 6.5 oz per square yard polyester fleece backing for adhesion in hot asphalt or cold adhesive, with seams heat-welded. It is offered in bright white and medium gray. The technical data sheet lists a 60 mil nominal thickness, 8 ft by 100 ft rolls and a 120 lbf minimum tearing strength, and states the product meets and exceeds ASTM D 6754. The product page lists a solar reflectance of 0.87 and an SRI of 110.
