Water-based primer used with Insul-Lock HR insulation adhesive over mineral-surfaced, gravel-surfaced and highly oxidized smooth built-up roofs, penetrating weathered surfaces to improve adhesion of the new Garland roof system. It needs no mixing and carries a red tint. The data sheet lists a one hour tack-free time, coverage of 1/4 to 1/2 gal. per 100 sq. ft., VOC of 250 g/L, and 5 gal. pails.
