Water-based acrylic bleed-blocking primer that prevents staining and improves coating adhesion over smooth or granulated asphalt, coal tar modified bitumen and modified bitumen roofs, for use under urethane, polyurea, acrylic and aluminized coatings. The data sheet lists a light blue color, 8 mils wet film at 0.5 gal. per 100 sq. ft., a 6 hour recoat time at 77 F, VOC under 50 g/L, and 5 gal. pails.
