Two-part, water-based, low-odor, low-VOC epoxy primer that prevents staining and improves coating adhesion over smooth or granulated asphalt, concrete and modified bitumen roofs, for use under urethane, polyurea, acrylic, aluminized and silicone coatings. The data sheet lists coverage of 0.5 gal. per 100 sq. ft. (up to 1 gal. on rougher substrates), a 2 to 3 hour recoat time, a color that applies gray and cures black, VOC under 20 g/L, and a kit that yields 4.5 gal. when mixed.
