Garland's high-strength, puncture and fatigue resistant, SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) rubber-modified base sheet, consisting of two layers of fiberglass reinforcement sandwiched by SBS rubber in a high penetration-index asphalt. It is used as the initial underlayment for Garland's hot- or cold-applied roof systems, as a base flashing or interply, or as a ply in a multi-ply built-up roof. Finished membrane meets or exceeds ASTM D6163 Type III.
