Spray-grade, one-component, solvent-free, high-solids moisture-curing silicone rubber fluid-applied roof system for restoring aged smooth-surface BUR, granulated cap sheets, single-ply membranes and metal roofs, and for maintenance repairs. Offered in white, gray and custom colors in 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums. The data sheet lists under 50 g/L VOC and an initial SRI of 112 (89 aged).
