Flashing-grade 100 percent silicone moisture-cure sealant that cures to a flexible, water-resistant membrane, for sealing roof penetrations, drains, existing membrane seams and other flashing details on aged modified bitumen, single-ply, built-up and metal roofs within a Cool-Sil restoration. Supplied in white in 2 gallon pails; the data sheet reports 275 percent elongation per ASTM D 412.
