Quick-drying coal tar roof primer and conditioner for surfaces that are hard to adhere to or only marginally cleaned, providing a bonding surface over metal, concrete, masonry and existing coal tar membranes and felts before repairs and maintenance. The data sheet states it meets ASTM D 43 and lists a light orange color, coverage of 0.5 to 1 gal. per 100 sq. ft., VOC of 350 g/L, and 5 gal. pails or 55 gallon drums.
